How Can I Pay My Bill?

Once you have received a bill from our office you may call us at 502-708-1338 and press “0” to pay your bill over the phone. If you leave a message, please be sure to leave your preferred phone number, best time to reach you (during office hours), as well as the patient name and patient chart number (not the guarantor). You may also send our Billing Coordinator a request to either discuss or pay your bill here. To receive a response you MUST include your name, phone number, reason for contact, as well as a preference for how and when you’d like to be contacted. Do not include any credit card or social security numbers, we cannot process payments via email. Please allow for at least two business days for a response. To speak with the Billing manager you can call the office at 502-708-1338 and press option 2, at any time. 

Please include the patient’s name, patient’s chart number (not the guarantor’s chart number), and contact information with the payment.
