The Neurodiagnostic Center is located at 2505 Bush Ridge Drive, Suite A, Louisville, KY 40245, this is our only location. There is a map to our office that you may find helpful located on the last page of our registration forms and embedded below. We suggest printing and bringing it with you if you’re not familiar with the area. While GPS has gotten much more accurate over the years, this is a rapidly developing area with a great deal of the businesses and commercial buildings only added in the last few years. You may want to have a back up option to help you get to our office just in case your GPS is not accurate.
