Dr. Vasudeva Iyer is a neurologist with training in clinical neurophysiology (electrodiagnostic study of brain, spinal cord, nerve and muscle) at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He later functioned as Professor of Neurology and Director of a fellowship program for clinical neurophysiology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He organized the Neurodiagnostic Center of Louisville 20 years ago and has been at the current location for almost 15 years. This is the first center to be accredited with exemplary status in Kentucky by AANEM. The center also performs ultrasonic evaluation of peripheral nerves and muscles. The Center evaluates about 2000 patients a year with various neurological disorders and all studies are performed by Dr. Iyer himself.
